Providence City Church owns 21 acres of land in the Sun Valley Area [Address: 3711 Hayes Rd. Monroe, NC]. The property has a home and barn on it, which are used for offices and other community events throughout the year. Our plan is to build a worship facility that will host adults, youth and kids ministry.

What are the dimensions of the worship facility?

• The structure is close to 12,000sq/ft in size

• The auditorium will hold approx. 400 adults

• The kids ministry area has flow and function to minister to children both safely and effectively.

• Our parking lot will be in the middle of the campus with accessibility to the offices at the house, the worship facility, and the future venues we’d like to prayerfully explore: like a daycare/school/community center/ball fields/etc

 

Where are we at in the process?

• Good news is that a lot of the planning has already been accomplished, and we are in the final stages of getting approval from the city, and completing the construction drawings.

• The next big step is for us is to secure financing for the project. And that is how every one of us can get involved in pushing this project forward. 

• Our desire is to raise a good amount of money in order to pay a substantial portion of the loan upfront.
